Job Description
The Insurance Product Management Consultant I provide support for Product Management leaders with achieving profit and growth targets for a product(s). This position will analyze and present part of standard data and facts to support recommendations on potential initiatives, interacting with other departments in and out of Product.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain database infrastructure and libraries of stored queries to provide reports to Product leadership.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform insurance price decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred). Background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar areas Preferred.
Experience
• No prior experience necessary, but prior experience with insurance or programming is preferred.
Technical Skills
- SQL knowledge (strongly preferred)
- R or Python experience (preferred)
- Other programming language experience (preferred)
- Insurance Industry Experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis & data modeling techniques (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Supervisory Responsibilities

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $61,000.00 - $93,570.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
