Molecular imaging is a strategic Business unit for PDx business where we see significant growth potential for the use of Molecular Imaging to enable precision health. We have a foundation of established proprietary products and now plan to build on this significantly with the development and launch of a growing innovative pipeline of products that will enable better diagnostic decisions and clinical outcomes across Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, cardiology, and oncology. We are also partnering with Pharma Companies and the research community to create companion diagnostic solutions that support patient selection and monitoring through the development of immuno-oncology therapies.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all Product Management elements of the Nuclear Cardiology disease area for the US. This role will work closely with the General Manager of the Nuclear Cardiology in the US, providing strategy and analytical support to grow revenue, maximize margin, and increase share.
The Nuclear Cardiology Product Leader will be responsible for owning relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders within the market, US Nuclear Cardiology Zone Leaders and Commercial teams, US Marketing team and global Nuclear Cardiology business partners. These relationships will be critical to integrate voice of customer and market insights to formulate and operationalize both product and go-to-market strategy, tailor product configurations and pricing for customer segment value, identifying growth opportunities and guide product roadmaps with the Global Nuclear Cardiology business.Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Utilize market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realization to develop product strategy and influence roadmap development.
Be consultative in creating insights from multiple data sources to advice the Nuclear Cardiology GM on decisions specific to sales, marketing, product portfolio, price and overall strategy.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs, professional societies and advocacy groups
Continue developing and maintaining deep disease and domain expertise that enables optimization of the product portfolio in the context of nuclear cardiology clinical care pathways, bringing prior experience from within the nuclear cardiology domain
Owning and driving the US launch strategy and plan for NPI products where appropriate, including partnering with key stakeholders across the business including US commercial teams
Support the global product leader in driving the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. integral part of the global product team who is responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps including identification and evaluation of adjacencies and white spaces based on unmet medical needs to further expand the portfolio and drive both organic and inorganic growth strategy
Responsible for building nuclear cardiology capabilities across the organization to achieve the segment goals
Leading Nuclear Cardiology mission based teams and multi-functional organization, which could include marketing, sales, market access, supply chain, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements; ensuring alignment to deliver business results
Partners closely with the marketing team in content creation, including case studies acquisition, gleaning qualitative voice of customer.
Driving operating mechanisms to ensure behavior consistent with integrity, quality systems, and EHS requirements
Developing key assumptions for business cases to assess new opportunities including both life cycle management initiatives as well as new opportunities.
Managing key business financial performance indicators such as revenue, margin and cash related to the relevant products, in collaboration with finance and commercial regions
Driving implementation of lean processes and simplification
In collaboration with market access, marketing and commercial team, own pricing strategy across the product lifecycle.
Lead the commercial teams product knowledge development via training on clinical value proposition and field coaching. Assess capability gaps, identify and execute on training opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product development, or related field including experience with both established products, high growth products and new product launches
Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams
Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
Experience within pharmaceutical products, including an appreciation of the relevant dynamics such as regulatory, market access and commercialization considerations
Knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic industry
Deep expertise in nuclear cardiology disease area
Market development experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $152,592.00-$228,888.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
