Product Lead, Phishing Protection

As a Staff Product Manager at Material Security, you will lead the Phishing Protection team, owning the most used part of the Material platform. This includes our detection engine, custom detection support, and user experience for reviewing detected messages. Your mission is to evolve the Phishing Protection product to exceed customer expectations in this high-demand area by applying your strong product thinking, understanding of the technical challenges in building detection systems, and ability to lead strong execution to achieve our lofty goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineering and design to ship product experiences that customers love. 

• Thoughtfully prioritize to maximize the impact of engineering effort. 

• Stay hands-on with customers, both internal and external, to keep them happy today, while gaining insight for future ideas. 

• Generate and shepherd creative ideas, both large and small, that bring value to customers and the business. 

• Bring curiosity, positivity, and an entrepreneurial approach to each day.

Compensation at Material Security is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $205,200 to $277,200
