About the Role
We are seeking a summer intern to support our Product team. Partnering with department leaders, you’ll gain hands-on experience in one of the following areas:
User Experience Research (gathering feedback to improve Worldly’s platform)
Product Analytics (analyzing user engagement and trends)
Roadmap Planning (supporting product development initiatives)
Feature Testing & QA (ensuring functionality and usability)
Documentation & Training (creating guides for internal and external users)
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, or in a sustainability-related field with course work or other experience in tech, is curious, open, and willing to learn. You seek out opportunities to help others and have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—no job is too big or too small.
What You'll Do
Projects and scope of work could include:
Conducting user research to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behavior
Assisting in analyzing product usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Supporting the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and planning
Collaborating with designers and engineers to refine product features and user experience
Helping to create product documentation, user guides, and training materials
Participating in product testing, QA, and feedback collection to improve functionality
Researching industry trends and competitive products to inform product strategy
Assisting in defining key product metrics and tracking performance against business goals
Supporting internal and external communication about new product updates and initiatives
Presenting findings and recommendations to the Product team to drive innovation and efficiency

Compensation & Work Setup
Compensation: $20/hour
Duration: Full-time, June 10, 2025 – August 16, 2025
Location: Remote (within the US)
Technology Stipend: Interns will receive a $100/month stipend to subsidize technology/internet costs. Interns must provide their own laptops.
