About The Role

As a Product Growth Specialist, you will be a pivotal figure in our marketing team, bringing a unique blend of product management and product marketing skills to drive growth and innovation, particularly within consumer industries. This role demands a deep understanding of our products, the markets we serve, consumer needs and the ability to harness data to inform strategic decisions. You will spearhead research initiatives, develop and execute marketing strategies, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve our growth objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify and segment target markets for existing and upcoming products within the cultural, finance and payments sector.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging A/B testing to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and product development.
  • Use data-driven insights to fuel growth initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and pivot strategies when necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Facilitate the rapid ideation and market readiness of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering to understand product capabilities, limitations, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on products in the finance and payments industry.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
