The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As the Product Engineering Senior Technical Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the Product Engineering organization for Purification and Filtration Business
• Optimizing the Change Management Process (CMP) and design controls for launched products
• Developing and delivering the strategic and operational plans for Product Engineering
• Supports the Business Units and Laboratory Operating Committee
• Designing and executing projects supporting Product Engineering, the Lab, and the overall business

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five years experience leading technical teams (R&D, PE, QA, MTD, etc)
• High School Diploma/GED from AND ten years experience leading technical teams
