About the role 💭The Enterprise Platform team develops products that enable companies to become 'enterprise-ready,' including SSO, Directory Sync, Audit Logs, and RBAC. These products must be highly flexible and pluggable to meet demanding enterprise needs while unifying fragmented admin ecosystems and workflows.
Our engineers are passionate about simplifying the highly fragmented enterprise ecosystem. They actively seek out customer feedback and new perspectives to inform the products we build. Successful candidates will enjoy designing simple, flexible, and pluggable architectures that meet customer needs while abstracting away the complexity of the enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities ✔️

  • Regularly engage with customers to identify problems, gather feedback, and assist with integration challenges and migrations
  • Design intuitive & scalable internal and external facing APIs and SDKs
  • Map evolving technical risks/limitations to drive technical roadmap in collaboration with other engineering teams
  • Scope projects and document decisions with a developer-focused mindset
  • Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team
  • Work directly with leadership on greenfield ideas
  • Help recruit and assess future engineering team members

Qualifications 🌟

  • 5+ years of industry software development experience
  • Background in distilling complex, fragmented problem spaces into clean, simple data models with robust state management.
  • Experience designing well-structured internal and external APIs/SDKs that balance high scalability with an intuitive developer experience.
  • Versed in collaborating with customers to design solutions while navigating and understanding the deeply fragmented enterprise ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with working on small teams in fast-paced environments
  • Intellectually curious, independently driven, and passionate about great products
  • A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
  • Bonus: Experienced with our stack of TypeScript, React, and Postgres
  • Bonus: Experienced in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or a related industry
The annual US base salary falls within the range of $175,000 to $250,000.
