RSM is seeking an experienced, innovative, and business-minded Product Director of Web to lead our web team in driving an impactful digital presence for RSM. This role oversees the strategic direction and evolution of our website, focusing on optimizing user experience, brand alignment, and business results. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise, marketing technology knowledge, and a strategic approach to product leadership that will elevate RSM’s digital impact.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including UX/UI designers and developers, to deliver a cohesive and engaging web experience for RSM US and RSM Canada.
    • Mentor team members, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with software and service vendors, ensuring alignment with RSM's goals and standards of excellence.
       
  • Digital Strategy & User Experience
    • Collaborate with and advise the marketing team to drive the development of strategic web initiatives, including campaign and content development are enabled on .com, aligning with the overall strategy and roadmap.
    • Lead data-driven improvements to the user journey, optimizing for engagement, satisfaction, retention, and personalized experiences for various audiences.
    • Use web analytics and user feedback to implement insights that enhance user experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Relentlessly pursue excellence, optimization, and continuous improvement across all digital products and processes.
       
  • Content & Workflow Management
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery across RSM's web properties, maintaining brand integrity and relevance.
    • Partner with content publishing team / content authors to streamline content publishing, improve performance, and support new feature deployment, balancing creative and technical needs.
       
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise
    • Apply a strong understanding of web architecture, CMS, SEO best practices, and integrations with tools such as Marketo, Yext, and Drift, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target  to enhance site functionality, user experience, and search visibility.
    • Leverage web analytics and interpret data to make informed decisions, adapting strategies to optimize user experience and achieve key performance goals.
       
  • Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and digital stakeholders to align on strategic objectives, resource planning, and project timelines.
    • Coordinate with technical teams on the implementation of new web capabilities, including tools and product configurators that drive engagement and elevate the user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Certifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field (required).
       
  • Technical Skills
    • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (required).
    • Solid grounding in UX/UI principles, web analytics, user testing, and SEO.
    • Proficiency in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, with experience managing large-scale digital projects.
       
  • Experience
    • 10+ years in product management, with a focus on digital platforms and consumer-facing products with high engagement and uptime.
    • 5+ years in marketing technology or digital experience platforms, ideally with a focus on strategic growth and engagement.
    • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving projects from concept through execution.
       
  • Leadership Skills
    • Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex web initiatives from strategic vision to execution.
    • Data-driven decision-maker, with a focus on building and presenting business cases that drive meaningful ROI and measurable impact.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $132,600 - $234,900

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
