The Data Analytics Product Director will be responsible for the collaborative, definition and execution of Vatica’s Data Product and Enterprise Analytics solutions. This will include the definition and prioritization of our data/analytics roadmap, AI and Data integrated product strategy, and execution, and support of the organization's Enterprise Data Platform architecture team. You will help Vatica define and deliver on its next-generation data and AI/ML-enabled capabilities and infrastructure, driving benefits for both patients and the healthcare industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the data analytics team to proactively identify opportunities to bring data solutions that offer new revenue streams, efficiency gains, and customer value.  
  • Drive the above through efforts from inception through successful delivery.
  • Lead the development, prioritization, and evolution of the AI and data analytics vision and roadmap, including assuming responsibility for ongoing AI/ML efforts. 
  • Apply analytics to automate operational processes to support Vatica’s clinical workflow, leveraging OCR, NLP, and LLMs to enhance efficiency and maintain high accuracy.
  • Support the enterprise data platform (‘EDP’) architecture team in collecting requirements, addressing issues, and solutioning for the enterprise data platform.
  • Define and monitor the key performance indicators (‘KPIs’) for each analytics product and the broader product portfolio, including client impact and efficiency gains.
  • Identify needs and support team development and recruitment of top-tier data analytics team members to advance the data analytics vision and roadmap.
  • Establish model performance monitoring, evaluate effectiveness of engineers, and govern AI-related costs.
  • Help shape and govern a responsible AI policy and practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data-oriented product management with experience in building and launching Data and Analytics Solutions.
  • History of success taking a data-oriented product from conceptualization to successful execution.
