Product Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Product Configuration Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of our clinically-integrated software products for value-based care models. This role will play a pivotal role in the optimization and configuration of our integrated EMR and risk adjustment solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to help healthcare organizations enhance patient care and improve operational efficiencies. This position is ideal for someone who can perform design and analysis tasks related to care delivery operations, as well as exercise independent judgement to optimize software systems to serve essential customer needs.

In This Role You Will:
Product Configuration
Configure and customize software products to meet client-specific needs, particularly around EMR integration and workflow optimization.
Work closely with product and engineering to ensure the end-to-end platform meets user needs.
Support QA testing across products.
Work with clients to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert recommendations on product configuration and usage.
Maintain and update configuration settings to ensure system alignment with product updates and client requirements.
Troubleshoot configuration issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve system challenges efficiently.
Ensure all configurations comply with regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) and support healthcare workflows effectively.
Delivery and Operational Design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
Leverage data to monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations.
Develop and implement operational processes to optimize product delivery and performance.
Support product launches by managing operational tasks and ensuring successful integration with existing systems.
Assist in developing documentation, SOPs, and best practices for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2-4 years of experience in product operations, configuration, or related roles in healthcare technology or EMR systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic medical records (EMRs).
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting complex technical products.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA compliance, is a plus

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
