Job Description

The Product Communication Representative position will serve a vital role to initiate contact with targeted healthcare providers and offering key information, marketing material, and/or samples for Millicent Pharma's Wome's Health products. The position may include other responsibilities as follows: entering sample orders, monitoring inbound phone lines, survey or territory warming calls, pharmacy stocking calls, managed care pull-through calls, product information blasts, and generic release awareness calls. This position will be focused and measured on creating positive customer service interactions, call volume, and success at meeting the client’s expectations. The Product Communication Representative will possess the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and pharmacy and insurance landscapes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Always create positive interactions with customers.
  • Meet or exceed call expectations and call goals.
  • Ensure that sample and literature requests are generated accurately and perform appropriate follow-up and investigation on product shipments as needed.
  • Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, literature requests, and sample requests.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and, regulatory policies and guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales stongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel, and Outlook required; and possess an ability to learn new software.
  • Employees must provide a stable internet connection adequate to support voice-over VoIP calls and virtual call platforms.
  • Excellent communicator and have superior people skills
  • Understanding the inner workings of a medical office.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
