This position can be based remotely in any of our approved hiring regions. Our hybrid distributed workforce philosophy allows us to find the best talent in the country and build diverse teams, while allowing our colleagues to work from the location that works best for them.

Role
As a Product Analyst at Kiavi you will work with internal teams to define, execute and launch improvements to customer experience, implement changes to credit policy / pricing, manage production support & deliver small improvements to enhance customer experience. You will work with a small team of engineers & internal stakeholders to prioritize a backlog of internal & external problems, collaboratively defining solutions that are tech-debt neutral.
Responsibilities
- Participates in all stages of the product development cycle and XFN-projects
- Synthesize and prioritize user needs and own the narrative of what problem should be solved, for whom, how, and why it matters
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, translating business & customers requirements to technical requirements and vice versa
- Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders
