Producer, Localization - Los Angeles or Remote

We are seeking a Producer to manage and deliver localization of audio, graphics, and subtitling of a AAA action-adventure game for global release. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you determine localization schedules and work with global partners so that high quality assets are delivered on time. You will succeed if you’re passionate about localization, constantly striving for excellence and possess the autonomy to deliver world class content. 


  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of localization from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints. 
  • Develop comprehensive project scheduling and work with teams to get milestone commitments. 
  • Act as the main point of contact through the localization process. Oversee vendor performance, providing feedback and suggestions to optimise the workflow to adhere to requirements and quality standards.  
  • Improve localization pipeline in collaboration with our internal teams. 
  • Collaborate with testing teams to develop and immpliment quality assurance processes to maintain linguistic accuracy and cultural authenticity across localised content. 
  • Make independent decisions while assessing risks and working well under pressure, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to drive creative and innovative solutions to complex issues. 

Requirements & Skills:  

  • Familiarity with localization software. 
  • Experience with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid or other industry standard tasking software.  
  • Flexible and agile, able to adapt during a project to emerging requirements.  
  • Experience or familiarity with managing budgets.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and cultures. 
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with fluency in English.  


  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in localization, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the gaming or software industry. 

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $94,000 - $124,000
