- Own the quality assurance process coordinating with developers and QA team to ensure everything that ships is the highest quality possible
- Drive day to day execution of features and content for a Live-Ops game including dependencies, risk mitigation, handoffs through regular release cycles
- Contribute to product roadmaps, feature planning, and schedules
- Drive the localization process to ensure high quality global releases
- Advocate for the community by surfacing and prioritizing improvements that bring happiness to players and drive business impact
- Build and grow working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Support Producers and Leads wherever needed
- 3+ years of experience in a Game Producer role with one or more shipped titles
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven communication skills for a wide variety of stakeholders
- Experienced executing hands-on and also looking at the big picture
- Experienced with Jira and other bug tracking tools
- Experienced distilling why a feature, mechanic, or system works or doesn’t work for the player, and identifying next steps
- Experienced adapting plans and processes quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Experienced working on Multiplayer First-Person Shooters
- Experienced working on Free-to-Play and Live Service games
- Experienced working on a VR product
