Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

The Procurement Systems Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing dashboards using PowerApps, PowerBI, Excel, and Workday. This role will also provide backup support for day-to-day procurement activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement dashboards using PowerApps, PowerBI, Excel, and Workday.
  • Provide backup support for daily procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to understand data needs and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all procurement systems.
  • Continuously improve and streamline procurement processes through system enhancements.
  • Implement best practices in procurement systems management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in procurement systems and technologies.
  • Train and mentor other team members on the use of procurement systems.
  • Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of procurement systems across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement systems or related field.
  • Proficient in PowerApps, PowerBI, Excel, and Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Compensation:
  • RMI compensates based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary for this role is in between $76,030 to $93,707. You would also have an additional 5% bonus target!

Location

We are a remote-ready company with team members around the globe. Our beautiful and welcoming offices are available for meetings or focused work, whether you are traveling through or living nearby. Our U.S. offices are in New York City; Washington DC; Oakland, California; Boulder, Colorado, and Basalt, Colorado.  

Compensation:

RMI compensates based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary for this role is in between $57,000 to $71,000. You would also have an additional 5% bonus target!

We provide you with the essential IT equipment plus a one-time home technology payment and a monthly work from home/commuter allowance to ensure you have a comfortable home office set up and necessary supplies. 

We love seeing each other in person! We occasionally gather for shared time together like retreats and learning experiences. Be ready to travel for occasional in-person meetings (and of course, we cover travel costs). Some roles may require more travel, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
