Nightwing is seeking a Procurement Liaison to support a growing program.  The candidate will be part of the offsite program team that captures, interprets, and converts customer requirements into material and subcontractor requisitions.  The candidate will work closely with numerous customers, members of the program management team, and the Nightwing Supply Chain Management organization to plan, coordinate, procure, subcontract, and deliver material and subcontractors to meet the customer mission requirements.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where strong task ownership and drive can generate tremendous results and recognition.  Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to change priorities quickly to meet changing mission needs.  Remote candidates will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities Include:

U.S. Citizenship

Must be able to obtain DHS suitability.

Must have an active Secret clearance.

Evaluates and coordinates program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.

Works with various vendors to assure equipment purchased meets customer requirements to include TAA compliance, etc.

Performs a wide variety of tasks relating to the acquisition of materials, merchandise, and subcontractors.

Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and services as liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and customer management.

Confirms material supply and demands and prepares purchase requests for the purchase of components or parts based on approved material tasks.

Statuses work in progress, material availability, and potential delivery problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.

Required Skills:

4+ years of Supply Chain professional experience

Experience working in supply chains systems (PRISM, ISAMS, etc.) 

Experience or familiarity with the following:  Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).

Experience and/or familiarity with associated government regulations.

Works independently on a multitude of assigned tasks.

Experience with Bill Of Materials, Supply Chain PROCESSES, or IT Equipment 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience working in Excel.  Microsoft Office proficient.

Strong team player

Desired Skills:

Experience with associated government regulations required.

Experience with programs of similar scope and size is desired.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is required [Six (6) years of experience (for a total of ten (10) or more years) may be substituted for a degree.]

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
