Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
Other Forms of Compensation: 20% Annual Incentive Bonus

Working as a Procurement Director on the Operational Success Team, you will provide planning and direction account to achieve operational, culinary and financial goals in a dynamic environment. In this position you will be responsible for supporting and updating Managed Order Guides (MOG), providing field operations purchasing support, assisting the Business Implementation team with specified accounts, and managing slow moving or dead proprietary inventory. You will also oversee supplier partnerships and vendor maintenance.
This position will serve as a liaison between the field and distribution, and will work closely with FoodBuy management.
Up to 30% travel. Prefer that interested candidates are located in East (EST) or Central (CST) time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fosters strong relationships with brand partners.
• Fosters a culture of transparency, understanding, education, compliance and accountability.
• Serves as a representative/brand ambassador of the Chartwells team.
• Supports and updates Managed Order Guides (MOG).
• Supports functional areas of operations.
• Manages slow moving or dead proprietary inventory.
• Ensures consistent and fair administration of all policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in foodservice procurement.
• Is well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of success.
• Has proven track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial acumen.
