Process Improvement Manager

Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at optimizing business processes within Henry Schein One, improving team productivity, reducing inefficiencies, and lowering costs. You will collaborate with leadership to identify and execute projects that streamline operational workflows and deliver impactful improvements across the organization.
You will act as a change ambassador throughout the organization, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and agility of our operational teams. This role will support key initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, and drive continuous process improvement in alignment with Henry Schein One's strategic goals.
What You Will Do
- Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize business process improvement opportunities with the greatest impact on performance and efficiency
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to analyze and improve existing workflows, particularly in operations (Finance, Customer Onboarding, Customer Support, etc.)
- Facilitate workshops and team sessions to capture current processes ("as-is") and design new, more effective processes ("to-be")
- Track progress and report key improvement activities to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Provide expert process improvement guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are applied consistently across the organization
- Communicate project outcomes and recommendations to leadership, focusing on how process improvements contribute to company growth and scalability
- Share best practices across departments to create a unified approach to process efficiency
- Lead and participate in special projects as needed
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment with no special physical demands required
Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 8+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, process engineering, project management or operational roles
- Proven experience leading large scale process improvement initiatives
- Excellent skills in process documentation, analysis, and facilitation
- Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and cross functional team dynamics
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding decision-marking, problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the organization
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field
- Lean Six Sigma certified
- In depth Salesforce knowledge
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
