ROLE OVERVIEWÂ Â
We are looking for a Process Engineer to support our Shared Services team at LifeStance Health. You will assist the Shared Services teams in the day-to-day operations and coordination of the teamsâ activities. This role is critical to keep the team moving forward on a fast-paced schedule, managing the complex coordination across different streams. Â
COMPENSATION: $85,000 - $100,000/annually
RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Provide Value Stream Mapping across cross functional teams for companywide processesÂ
Design processes with a keen eye for efficiency, standardization, and identifying key enablers that need to precede new systems and tools implementation Â
Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements using available information including data, feedback, and other informationÂ
Design and/or redesign end-to-end business processesÂ
Utilize modeling and simulation development knowledge to project impacts of upstream changes on business operations such as operational KPIs and Shared Services staffing needsÂ
Identify and evaluate key discussion items and enable executive decision makingÂ
Shift between high level strategic intent and diving into the details as neededÂ
Build relationships and support communication with necessary internal and external stakeholders Â
Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet the teamâs expectations and company goalsÂ
Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations deliveryÂ
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelinesÂ
Create and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge efficientlyÂ
Assist internal teams to achieve performance targetsÂ
Identify problems in process and resolve them in a quick and timely mannerÂ
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operationsÂ
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference âŚ
