Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting the Process Leaders/Process Stewards in Planning, Defining, Developing, Testing, Documenting, Analyzing Results, and/or Implementing Process Improvement and Process Reengineering activities. Providing guidance and/or ability to complete data analytics including coding, develop and/or pulling reports, and analyzing reporting related to processes and projects to support team activities, compliance, productivity, deliverables, and issue resolution. Acting as a liaison between teams, including data & analytics, clinical, IT, and project management teams. Providing support for Key Activities including Data Collection, Metric Definition, and Analysis. Identifying Best Practice Standards, Guidelines, Procedures and Tools for Analyzing, Designing, and Implementing Business Process InitiativesJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree or 4 years business experience.
4 years experience in process improvement and development of business metrics.
4 years experience in health care role involving judgment and analytical skills.
Experience in leading, developing, or managing employees.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with all levels in the organization, leading projects and problem resolution.
Experience facilitating group meetings including representing the company with external customers.
Proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Analytical and organizational sills including experience in meeting deadlines.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Contract Experience.
Experience in coding, reporting and analyzing reports. (HIGH PRIORITY)
Utilization Management experience.
Experience working with a project management methodology.
Experience using quality improvement program such as Total Quality Management (TQM), or Six Sigma.
Ability to liaison between teams, including reporting, clinical, IT, and project management.
This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
