Job Description

Remote OR Hybrid, reporting where work can/needs to be performed / collaboration should happen. If the person lives w/n 50 miles of such a location, they are expected to come in three times a week. If they do not live withing 50 miles of any of those locations, they don’t need to report in.

  • This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Rancho Cucamonga, Hudson WI, Reno NV, Memphis TN, Brandon MS, Westchester OH, Bolingbrook Illinois, Martinsburg WV, Roanoke Texas, Charlotte, NC, Langhorne PA, Aurora CO. You are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

The Process Analyst for PDC Standardization and Effectiveness will work on Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control as it relates to warehouse design and layout, lean process implementation, system testing/validation and implementation of GMS principles at warehouses across our network.

Responsible for:

  • Use statistical methods and data to analyze current processes and performance

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of facility design and layout, lean operational process, and product quality

  • Develop alternatives utilizing lean warehousing principles

  • Analyze costs/benefits of alternatives and prepare reports/presentations on recommended solution(s)

  • Develop implementation plans and supporting documentation (including processes)

  • Lead implementation of approved initiatives at our plant sites

  • Support Parts Distribution Centers on technical and operational issues

  • Support facility projects as it relates to Inbound and Outbound processes

  • This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington. 

  • The salary range for this role is ( 116,100 - 181,600 ). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Data Analytics Experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • High level of analytical ability where problems are complex

  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and plan

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, and Power BI

  • Participate and facilitate meetings and workshops

  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative for work and project planning

  • Ability to lead major projects

  • Action orientated

  • Relevant business experience

  • 65% Travel will be required to our PDC locations across the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred

  • High level of understanding of warehouse processes (PDC and Source warehouses)

  • High level of understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
