• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the Bank’s Privacy Program, including knowledge around systems, processes, and controls in place to mitigate compliance risk.
• Management of the Bank’s Privacy Program, including the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls as appropriate.
• Maintaining a current understanding of the privacy related regulatory environment and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of state and federal privacy laws and regulations, including the Gramm-Leech-Bliley Act.
• Knowledge of state notification requirements for any privacy incident
• Perform privacy investigations and root cause analysis to support the Bank’s Privacy Program.
• Determine notification requirements, drafting customer and regulatory notifications.
• Assisting business partners in developing and implementing preventative controls to reduce likelihood of privacy incident reoccurrence.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Privacy Notice and overseeing the execution of the Bank’s annual Privacy Notice review, update, and distribution process.
• Clearly and concisely communicating compliance risks to management in the normal course of business and through formal reporting.
• Provide advice to Enterprise Compliance management, risk committees, and senior management on privacy related issues, trends, exceptions, violations, and appropriateness of corrective action.
• Working with Enterprise Compliance Management to implement applicable regulatory change projects and/or serving at the project’s Subject Matter Expert on new or changed laws and regulations.
• Attend management meetings, as needed, to cover applicable outstanding issues, regulatory changes or other compliance matters.
• Assisting with the gathering of information for regulatory exams or audits.
• Prepare monthly and/or quarterly privacy-related reports.
• Perform privacy monitoring on an ongoing basis, as well as developing effective privacy related training content for delivery to employees.
• May interact with State and Federal Regulatory Agencies, numerous risk and executive management, lines of business, and support organizations such as Internal Audit and Legal on an ongoing and regular basis to ensure the enterprise is operating within the Board-mandated compliance risk tolerance.

In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $94,510.99 - $150,972.31 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.
