We are seeking an accomplished Principal UI Developer to join our technology team. This individual will leverage their extensive experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable and maintainable UI solutions using React, GraphQL, and modern web technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Design  and architect  large-scale React applications
  • Render optimize applications including memoization, virtualization, lazy loading, and performance profiling
  • Design highly debuggable, maintainable, and scalable UI structures
  • Create modular and reusable UI components and libraries
  • Design and build responsive and adaptive design principles for cross-platform and multi-device compatibility

What We Need

  • Extensive experience with React Context API for building robust intra-UI services
  • Strong experience with using GraphQL APIs including queries, mutations, and subscriptions for real-time data updates
  • Deep understanding of advanced JavaScript concepts, ES6+, TypeScript, and front-end deProfound understanding of styling choices and methodologies (CSS-in-JS, SCSS/SASS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices (WCAG, ARIA)
  • Extensive experience with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn)
  • Strong familiarity with UI testing frameworks and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
  • Extensive proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git

Compensation:
Invisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.

  • Tier 1: $228,000 - $253,000
  • Tier 2: $209,000 - $232,000

For more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers we recommend confirming the specific tier for your location with your recruiter. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials.
