You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to align on the vision and execution of a set of products that are essential to Alto Pharmacy's ability to provide exceptional pharmacy services at scale. As a Principal Product Manager, you will ensure Alto's success in delivering unmatched pharmacy services and invent how pharmacies operate in the 21st century.

A Bit About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years experience in product or program management, preferably in healthcare, operations, or logistics
  • 8+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
  • Background working and collaborating with engineering teams
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience in compiling and effectively communicating business plans, technical proposals, and product roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders and other partners

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Technical background, MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience building products in the area of healthcare, health, or e-commerce preferred
  • Startup and entrepreneurial experience preferred
