Please note: Expected travel between 1–2 times/month to headquarters in Billerica, MA.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Collaborate, Support, and work closely with the operations team in planning and scheduling key strategic initiatives in the team’s backlog.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders including all parts of the i-Ready platform, CISO, Corporate IT, Business operations to understand their businesses and co-develop impactful solutions that drive key business value.
  • Use Agile processes to collaborate with partnering teams to execute on the roadmap.
  • Work with team and organizational leadership to develop, communicate and promote the product vision and progress throughout Curriculum Associates including senior partners and Technology leaders.
  • Collaborate with Platform / Operations teams to execute on short- and medium-term goals and to continuously review and improve processes.
  • Work with senior leaders to develop and drive transformations towards self-service platform engineering solutions.

Who we’re looking for:  

  • 4+ years’ experience rolling out CI/CD technologies and building infrastructure at scale with measurable impact and across multiple platforms or workstreams.

  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience forming consensus out of ambiguity and complexity, coordinating with peers and team members and business and engineering partners, and helping teams move forward with sustainable urgency towards clear goals.

  • Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate (to product team, engineering management, and non-technical staff).

  • Highly developed organizational and reasoning skills with hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • A mentality that pushes through issues with creative solutions and tenacity, while maintaining grace-under-pressure demeanor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience in a technical capacity.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250. - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
