About the role:

Are you a passionate product leader with a knack for innovation and data-driven decision-making? Do you dream of pushing the boundaries of AI and its potential to revolutionize customer experiences?

In this pivotal role, you'll become the AI mastermind behind Unbounce's next evolution. You'll not only spearhead the integration of cutting-edge ML and generative AI & BI technologies into our core product, but also own the innovation cycle for entirely new AI-powered offerings.

 

How you will shape the future:

  • Lead the strategic integration of AI into our existing product, unlocking new levels of performance and user experience
  • Identify untapped opportunities to leverage AI for entirely new products and significant expansion of existing features
  • From brainstorming groundbreaking ideas to conducting market research and establishing a competitive edge, you'll define the roadmap for Unbounce's AI future
  • Leverage your quantitative and analytical prowess to make informed decisions, wielding the power of SQL and data storytelling to champion successful product strategies
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to translate vision into reality
  • Embrace an Agile methodology to ensure timely product launches and measurable business impact through data analysis and user behaviour studies
  • Define clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Work closely with sales, support, and engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions and continuously refine our product offerings

 

A little bit about you: 

  • Possesses a deep understanding of large language models, machine learning principles, and data science
  • Thrives on data-driven decision-making with exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including a passion for SQL and data storytelling
  • Leads with clear communication, fostering collaboration and driving projects to successful completion
  • Has at least 4 years of product management experience in an AI-driven company
  • Champions the Agile development process and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Holds a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Has experience partnering with UX teams to design exceptional AI/ML features

  • $168,694 - $253,041

🤝 Flexibility and time off

  • A digital-first, distributed working model with flexible hours -- for this role, we will consider all applications from those based in Canada*, with the option to work from our Vancouver office
