This role will report to our SVP and / or Senior Director of Product and will be critical in enabling us to build new features and capabilities, plan for sustainable growth in scale, and enable other feature teams to build on the platform. To be successful, you should be proactive and able to effectively translate technical specifications to requirements aligned to prioritized business goals and performance metrics. The Incubation Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and validation of new product concepts within our company's innovation incubator. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market validation, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hypothesis testing process for new product offerings, utilizing lean methodologies to rapidly validate concepts.
  • Develop and implement a structured incubation process to explore new business areas and product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to create and launch innovative products.
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, hackathons, and events to foster innovation and support the incubation process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, industry experts, and investors.
