What you’ll do:

  • Design and plan our enterprise infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, voice, networking, and cloud services.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and guidelines.
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, ensuring efficient operation and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement infrastructure solutions that support business processes and innovation.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices and policies to protect our data and IT assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives, evaluating and recommending new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and present architectural solutions.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 12+ years of related experience, with a minimum of 7 years in IT infrastructure design and management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, data centers, and Azure Cloud.
  • Proven experience within network architecture, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and align technology solutions with business objectives.

Salary Range:

  • $140,000 – 155,000 + bonus annually
     

This is a remote role with 10% travel.
