As a Pricing Analyst, reporting to the Sector Pricing Director, you will serve as an integral member of Peraton’s Growth organization which is designed to enhance our strategy of winning new and follow-on business.

Position can be 100% remote – Small amount of travel may be required for meetings and/or conferences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Development of cost proposals, both the pricing models as well as the cost volume narrative, paying careful attention to key strategies and tactical assumptions.
  • Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and development of winning price strategies.
  • Ensure the final cost proposal’s compliance with Governmental regulations, including CAS, FAR and DFARS; Corporate policies and procedures; and specific requirements in each of the client’s solicitations.
  • Coordinate the development of the cost volume with contributing sources with Management at all levels, and with other Functional Areas including Capture Management, Business Development, Pricing Strategy, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, HR/Compensation, and technical personnel.
  • Manage the cost proposal schedule to ensure production milestones, management/risk reviews and a compliant, professional product are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations.
  • Assist with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews, and support audits and/or customer fact findings.
  • Assist Pricing management with training, cost proposal review, policy compliance initiatives and the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets.

Qualifications

Required 

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of Federal Government Pricing Experience.
  • Understanding and experience using all contract types, including Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time and Materials contracts.
  • Experience using and understanding Forward Pricing Rates, and their impact to contract pricing.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Prior experience supporting DCAA audits and reviews.
  • Advanced skills using MS Office applications.
  • Organized, task oriented, reliable, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
