Join our North America Health Nutrition & Care Commercial Management team and take on a pivotal role in shaping success! As a key player, you’ll drive impactful Premix Projects within our Prospect-to-Order pipeline and support advancing our Market-Ready Solutions (MRS) business. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead project planning, seamlessly coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure stakeholders stay informed with timely updates. Your efforts will support premix business operations, optimize workflows, validate contracts, and deliver essential training on commercial processes. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sr. Commercial Manager to execute Premix business development and special MRS projects, ensuring alignment with growth strategies and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead planning, implementation, and timeline management of Premix and MRS projects, overseeing costs, market assessments, pricing strategies, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage pricing updates, resolve business execution issues, oversee project dashboards, and support process improvement initiatives for premix business.
- Validate annual contracts, manage terms and surcharges, and provide system and commercial operations training to new employees.
- Identify and address gaps in premix and MRS execution, fostering workflow enhancements and operational efficiencies.
- Execute and manage premix projects requiring coordination across functional groups to drive business outcomes.
This position can be in a home office of the US. Candidates within a commutable distance to Plainsboro, NJ will be required to work in the office 2 days per week. Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $82,300-134,800.

You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of three years in product commercial management, sales, or strategic marketing, ideally within the human nutrition industry.
- Proficient in analyzing data to drive business decisions and connecting insights to business objectives.
- Advanced Excel skills required; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with strong organizational and conceptual abilities.
