Temporary contract until November 2025 | full-time 37 hours per week | £23,500 to £23,893 per annum (Grade D) | Norwich – hybrid working

Do you have excellent administration skills? Are you looking for a role where you can integrate yourself within a frontline social care team?  

Our Practice Coordinators provide direct support and assistance to operational social care teams, allowing our Social Care Practitioners more time to undertake direct work with children, young people, and families. 

You will be the point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will need excellent interpersonal skills. You should be confident in undertaking a range of duties with a practice focus, including the production of documents, populating spreadsheets and databases, organising and minuting meetings. As well as associated administrative tasks, finance tasks and other duties required to support the frontline practitioners.

Whilst working remotely will be a key feature of this role, office-based working will be determined by the needs of the business. Our technology platform and equipment are first class enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
