 The PPC and Paid Social Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other search and social media networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, a proven track record of successful PPC and paid social campaigns, and the ability to translate our business goals into effective advertising strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

? Campaign Strategy & Planning? Develop comprehensive PPC and paid social strategies for various brands within our portfolio that align with our business objectives, marketing goals, and brand positions.

    ? Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

    ? Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets for PPC and paid social campaigns.

? Campaign Management:

    ? Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance and

       ROI for each brand.

    ? Continuously test and refine ad copy, creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

? Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    ? Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

    ? Develop a detailed and regular reporting structure for advertising campaigns that provides insights and drives decision

       making.

    ? Analyze business performance and correlate that to advertising campaigns.

    ? Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

? Collaboration:

    ? Work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to understand our business needs, objectives, and challenges.

    ? Write creative briefs for adverts and collaborate with our creative teams to provide feedback on creative performance.

    ? Provide expert advice and guidance on PPC and paid social best practices, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

    ? Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and objectives.

    ? Train and mentor junior team members on PPC and paid social best practices. 

? Continuous Learning & Development:

    ? Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising, paid social media, and digital marketing.

    ? Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.


Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Position operates in a home office setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, and phones. 
  • This is largely a sedentary role with extended periods of time typing and being on the phone.
