You will use your time management skills to work on multiple clients concurrently and apply your expertise and work ethic to manage awards, complete financial account set-ups, prepare invoices, manage receivables, reconcile accounts and submit financial reports in compliance with federal and sponsor guidelines and client policies. This is a full time US- Remote position.
Essential Duties:
- Supports establishment of awards in the grant administration and/or financial system, manages award activity and monitors expenditures, ensures compliance with federal and sponsor guidelines and client policies.
- Identifies and forecasts trends in spending that exceed current funding levels, clears overdrafts, re-budgets when necessary, completes project close outs, and performs general financial reconciliations.
- Supports post-award regulatory compliance activities, including subaward monitoring, cost transfer review and administers cost-share and effort commitments.
- Executes sponsored financial management transactions. Specifically, prepares invoices, manages receivables, and prepares and submits financial reports.
