Job Description

The Portfolio Management Lead Consultant is accountable for enabling the product lifecycle and business outcomes from strategic planning to prioritization and delivery of initiatives. They are critical partners supporting the business through independently leading all aspects of a portfolio including multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Portfolios may be across multiple functional areas and are of strategic importance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate with key stakeholders in development of long-term strategic plans

• Support product team with strategic alignment in planning, in-take, prioritization and enabling work to achieve business outcomes

• Leading portfolio communication and reporting, including delivery, health, status, and plans of intent to ensure transparency and ongoing leadership awareness for all work within the portfolio

• Support teams by providing them information to help measure performance such as progress toward goals, developing business cases, etc.

• Understanding the business strategy and goals as well as markets, customer base, and applicable regulations

• Leads cross-portfolio coordination to enable product strategy, key priorities and all deliverables

• Advising and guiding stakeholders on established processes or development of processes to streamline work

• Acting as primary point of contact to resolve portfolio level issues / risks through partnership with business and technology

• Facilitating and mediating portfolio level items

• Establishing regular forum for proactive integrations across teams

• Supporting program manager and/or program execution by helping key stakeholders adopt new ways of working

Education:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
