Brown & Brown is Seeking a Population Health & Well Being Analyst to join our growing team !
As a member of our national Population Health resource team, this individual will support the development of our innovative consulting capabilities and help mid-market employers improve the health and well-being of their employees.
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Become a superuser trained on PlanIT HPI reports
- Validate and verify data warehouse outputs and reports
- Create data visualization outputs from the reports to help build an analysis
- Support interpretation, use and new projects leveraging PowerBI and other Microsoft based data systems
- Conduct reporting from CRM
- Perform health & productivity data analyses and support consulting engagements with mid-market customers (with 200 to 3000 employees)
- Support preparation of presentations to customers
- Support population health vendor RFIs and vendor analyses
- Provide project management support to internal Population Health work groups
- Other duties may be assigned
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Life & Health License (may be obtained after hire)
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- 3+ years’ experience in population health, data, analytics, public health, employee benefits, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in related subject
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Willingness to work independently and remotely
- Limited travel up to 20%
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency with PowerBI (preferred)
Pay Range
$75,000 - $80,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
