Reports to: Director, DTC Digital Product Management
Location: Remote – US

The Role
The Point of Sale Scrum Master will be a servant leader who thrives while supporting teams. They are data-driven and adaptable, identifying and executing opportunities to improve team efficiency, output and effectiveness. Responsibilities will include facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution. The Scrum Master will partner with the Product Owner, Product Teams, key stakeholders and Guilds to deliver value. The candidate will have strong skill and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- 1. Facilitation of scrum practices:
- Guide teams on standard Scrum and Agile practices to become self-organizing
- Schedule and lead inspect and adapt meetings
- Shield teams from outside distractions
- Improve and maintain Team culture
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and improvements in Agile methodology and frameworks
- Maintain and document development team processes
- Standardize processes across global Retail Technology teams
- Provide Agile KPI status reports to the teams and management
- 2. Facilitate the Teams Release Cycle
- Maintain clear communication across global teams on release status
- Ensure teams have completed necessary procedures regarding the release cycle
- Assist in ensuring product teams follow P1/P2 bug fixes or hotfix procedures
- 3. Communication with key project members and decision makers
- Consult with members of various functional groups concerning product issues and functional specifications
- Extract and listen to feedback from the development team
- Be knowledgeable on project directives and priorities in order to support the team needs
