Our business has grown rapidly, and now we’re ready to bring in a Supply Chain Manager who can help us keep things running smoothly as we scale.
We’re a close-knit, fast-moving team, and we love what we do, and we’re looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of supply chain management, especially in the e-commerce world.
With a lot of moving parts - from sourcing and logistics to FDA compliance and quality control - this role is key to our success.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record in managing the supply chain for e-commerce businesses.
You will be the expert in charge of ensuring that everything runs efficiently, from sourcing suppliers to managing inventory.
More specifically, you will:
📦 Manage supplier coordination and production schedules
🌐 Ensure FDA compliance and manage batch records
📊 Handle inventory management, track stock levels, and generate reports
🚚 Coordinate shipments and oversee logistics operations
📝 Collaborate with the Logistics Manager on any issues or delays
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, with flexible working hours. You’ll need to adjust your schedule at times to liaise with suppliers in China and the U.S.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management for e-commerce (Amazon and Shopify experience preferred)
✅ Strong sourcing and vendor management skills, especially within the supplements industry
✅ Familiarity with FDA compliance, COA testing, and logistics for international shipments
✅ Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
Brownie Points for:
⭐ Prior experience with supplement production
⭐ Knowledge of ShipStation
⭐ Familiarity with U.S. domestic couriers
We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also has a “get it done” mentality.
You should be able to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and stay organised while keeping communication clear and concise.
