Role Responsibilities:

• Design/Architect engineering development projects
• Develop and implement engineering development projects
• Gather, organize and prioritize functional requirements for engineering tools
• Define PLM/CAD standards and best practices
• Leverage tools/processes across different BE businesses
• Play a lead role (technical/managerial) for engineering development projects
• Provide necessary training and guidelines to junior members in the team
• Troubleshoot problems in Teamcenter and NX
• Develop documentation and enable knowledge sharing

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate disciple and  years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 8 years of relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Implementation of multiple PLM and Digital Engineering (Digital Thread, Digital Twin) technology projects
• Successful implementation of Enterprise wide PLM consolidation, upgrade and maintenance projects
• Experience in integrating ERP with Teamcenter
• Experience with Active Workspace customization
• Experience with site consolidation tools
• Experience in Teamcenter installation, configuration, and administration
• PL/SQL scripting
• CAD knowledge and CAD customization knowledge
• Experience leading teams
• Exposure to SWIM, TcIC and IPEM CAD integrations
• Excellent coding skills in Java, C++, Teamcenter client, server customization, and Teamcenter services customization, PLMXML, XML/XSL/XSLT
• Independently design, develop, and deploy Teamcenter applications
• Strong knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/multi-site architecture
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter data model, BMIDE and extensions
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules like Structure Manager, workflow designer, query builder, Access Manager, Projects and Change management modules
• Good knowledge in Teamcenter Active Workspace architecture
• Experience in capturing functional requirements and transforming them into Teamcenter technical solutions
• Experience with the development of test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing
• Work closely with engineering departments to understand processes, improve efficiency, and help create effective business process solutions
• Good communication and collaboration skills, team player
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working, analytical and problem-solving skills
