The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Plant Continuous Improvement Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) Program – supporting improvement leaders (at all levels) in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow while celebrating accomplishments.
- Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor – modeling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results.
- Growing the site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture – creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Ten (10) years of combined continuous improvement experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean Principles, supply chain or logistics/distribution.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of combined continuous improvement experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean Principles, supply chain or logistics/distribution.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Prior Black Belt or Green Belt certification
- Prior Lean certification
- Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills
Work location:
Onsite - Brookings, SD
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
