Physician - Virtual Primary Care

Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Physician to join our Virtual Primary Care team.

About the role:
You will deliver quality care to patients 18+ on Oscar's platforms via phone, video, and asynchronous messaging. This role will also serve as a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hour per week employed role.
Our Virtual Clinic is open 7am-7pm in all time zones. You will work at least one evening shift per week. There are no current weekend requirements. Our clinicians are on call for 1 week out of every 4-6 weeks.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $188,000 - $246,750 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care virtually to a panel of patients (ages 18+) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines (Virtual Urgent Care & Virtual Health Assessment)
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Must be licensed in both Georgia and Texas
- 3+ years experience in an in-person outpatient primary care office (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med/Peds)
