Your Opportunity 

Join us at Vytalize as a Pharmacy Technician! You'll support our Pharmacy Team in ensuring safe and effective medication use among our attributed patients. You will collaborate with clinical personnel, conduct phone consultations with patients, and help identify and resolve medication adherence barriers. You'll also work with providers and pharmacists to create adherence plans for patients needing extra support. Your role is key in providing an excellent patient experience, communicating program specifics, and arranging prescription processing. Your goal?
