Parkingeye is a pioneering provider of a wide range of enforcement and parking services to ease parking pain for businesses across almost every sector. We offer a range of pay-on-site, pay-as-you-park, permit, and manned solutions to all kinds of organisations from supermarkets to universities
Due to further growth in the business, we are now looking for candidates who have strong self-motivation, organisational and problem-solving skills to apply for our Personal Assisstant role. The role would ideally suit a person who has a background as a Travel Coordinator, Personal Assistant or Facilities Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a busy environment and be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and accuracy. Therefore, someone who has had experience booking UK based and international travel would highly be suitable to join the team.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
- Book travel and accommodation for colleagues
- Arrange suitable transport overseas
- Check and apply for visas and adhere to country rules and regulations
- Prepare travel itineraries
- Liaise with other departments to organise and distribute travel schedules
- Work closely with the HR team, dealing with admin requests
Skills & Experience Required:
- Organised UK based and international travel
- Working to a high degree of accuracy and quickly
- A positive working attitude and drive to succeed
- Computer literate (Email, Web, Microsoft Excel/Word in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, punctual and presentable
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills
- A professional, results driven, approach with great attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated team player
- A hands on, flexible, approach to work with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- A friendly and personable person who will strive to be part of the company
- Takes ownership and responsibility for personal performance targets
