We're seeking a skilled Performance/Growth Marketing Manager to join our performance marketing team at Apartment List. This is a high-impact role critical to driving new renter growth and expanding our market presence. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our acquisition strategy, optimizing our marketing spend, and directly contributing to the company's bottom line. Your work will be instrumental in connecting more renters with their ideal homes and accelerating Apartment List's growth trajectory.

This role will be key in driving our user acquisition strategy through paid social channels, exploring new growth opportunities, and shaping our messaging to increase user engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new renter growth by managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta and YouTube, continuously refining strategies to maximize ROAS
  • Identify and develop new marketing channels from 0 to 1, expanding Apartment List's reach and diversifying our acquisition mix
  • Design and execute A/B tests across various touchpoints to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall campaign performance
  • Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making at all levels
  • Develop and present recommendations showcasing progress, results, and strategic initiatives to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, finance, analytics, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and leverage technical capabilities
  • Own and be accountable for key performance metrics related to user acquisition, cost per acquisition, and overall marketing efficiency
