About The Position

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced Performance Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment performance analysis, with proficiency utilizing Addepar software. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in investment performance reporting.

Requirements

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Generate accurate and timely investment performance reports using Addepar and Tamarac software systems
  • Analyze portfolio performance data and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Resolve errors and reconcile balances 
  • Collaborate with advisors and investment team to gather data and provide insights on performance attributes
  • Develop and maintain custom reports tailored to meet client and internal stakeholder requirements
  • Conduct performance attribution analysis to identify drivers of portfolio returns
  • Monitor and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure data integrity
  • Provide trading support as needed
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to performance reporting and analysis
  • Manage relationship with third party alternative reporting partner 

Critical Attributes for Success

  • Understanding of issues associated with individual clients and qualified retirement plans
  • Ability to analyze and interpret economic data and evaluate how it may impact investment returns
  • Detailed understanding of investment products, including individual securities, mutual funds, ETFs, Index fund and alternatives 
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an investment performance reporting role; CIPM designation a plus
  • Knowledge of different performance metrics (e.g., time-weighted return, internal rate of return) and their applications
  • Proficiency in Addepar software is required; experience with other performance reporting tools is a plus, especially Tamarac
