Performance Management Manager

About the Role
The Performance Management Manager will collaborate and partner across the People & Culture (P&C) team in the planning, development, implementation and administration of Talent Management strategies and programs such as goal setting, performance management, promotions, succession planning, and talent reviews. In this role you’ll have the ability to influence how we integrate our talent programs, continuously improve and scale, and partner in fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. This role reports into the Director of Growth & Development (G&D).

- Lead and manage the execution of our talent management programs with support and partnership from G&D, P&C Business Partners, Total Rewards, HRIS, Legal, and other key business stakeholders.
- Ensure equity is centered in the design and implementation of all talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Effectively manage projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, on track, and on time to the agreed-upon level of quality.
- Lead change management efforts to support program implementation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of our talent management programs.
- Support the design and delivery of communications and training materials to provide educational resources for P&C business partners, managers and employees on program launches.
- Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements to enhance participant experience and business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and proactively propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our programming.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 7+ years of relevant human resources, talent management, and/or talent development experience. However, depth of skill and role-related competence will be prioritized over years of experience.
- You are a business minded people and culture professional who likes to partner with the business to solve problems.
- You have a strong understanding of talent management processes and principles and demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent solutions that tie back to business results.
- You have program management experience including scoping, leading, and delivering complex projects. You also have an excellent track record across all phases including implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- You consistently leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and process improvements.
