- Process Improvement
- Collaborates with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement standardized processes.
- Documents workflows and create comprehensive training materials.
- Conducts process improvement workshops and provide hands-on support to teams.
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Gathers and analyzes performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develops detailed reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and present findings to leadership.
- Provides actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Collaboration and Support
- Partners with internal teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Facilitates regular knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain a repository of best practices.
- Provides guidance and resources to leaders, empowering them to meet operational goals effectively.
- Change Management
- Assists in planning and executing change management strategies.
- Monitors the impact of implemented changes and propose further enhancements.
- Supports leaders in developing and executing action plans to address operational challenges.
- Project Coordination
- Participates in cross-functional projects to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Ensures timely completion of project deliverables and alignment with organizational goals.
- Occasional business travel may be required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings internally and externally.
- Knowledge of organizational planning, budgetary administration, and controls.
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent provider relations management and process design improvement skills.
- Ability to listen and understand information and communicate the same.
- Must possess good organizational skills.
- Must be results-oriented, customer-focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
- Successful record of managing a range of diverse, high-volume environments and demonstrated innovative approaches to addressing operational challenges.
- Strong ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Tableau experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
Salary: $80,400 - $180,600
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
