Greenhouse is looking for a People Program Manager to join our People team!

Reporting to our Senior Manager, Talent Planning, you will drive progress in the People Department’s OKRs and top priority talent projects. You'll partner with the People Leadership team (PLT) on prioritizing and implementing a wide variety of impactful people initiatives to our internal customers. A key responsibility will be to work closely with multiple teams across Greenhouse to embed these initiatives and drive change adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the project management of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional People projects and programs, clearly communicating roles & responsibilities, status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Support the structure of People programs by defining objectives and scope, advising on timelines, and driving change adoption, in partnership with PLT members.
  • Lead the application of change management best practices in all People initiatives.
  • Lead regular prioritization sessions and documentation with the PLT, ensuring transparency of interdependencies, encouraging cohesive collaboration, and adequate resource planning
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment on current People programs.
  • Act as the leader and owner of cross-functional project teams on 1-2 top priority people projects with high company-wide visibility. 

You should have

  • Experience in project management, program management or operations collaborating closely with a People team
  • Experience driving high-visibility cross-functional projects and interfacing with a variety of internal collaborators 
  • A solid understanding of project management principles and tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with comfortability presenting 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using project management tools, a plus
  • Experience in the SaaS / Tech industry, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $$93,900 - $140,900. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
