The role

As a People Partner, your mandate is to lead the HR strategy for One's Engineering and Product organizations, which collectively make up the majority of the company's employee base. This pivotal role will work with leadership to foster high-performance cultures and increase employee engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor, the People Partner will embody an owner's mindset, providing invaluable counsel to One's leadership team. One's mission is to help people lead healthier financial lives by enabling them to achieve financial progress. This role will further that mission by ensuring One is fit for scale and able to foster and retain world-class talent. You will work closely with One's Technology and Product teams and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
