People Operations Generalist - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing People team. In this role you'll manage both the big picture and day-to-day tasks of the People function including benefits, performance reviews and HR systems and tools. You'll play a critical role in supporting a positive and engaging employee experience for our growing and remote workforce.

What you'll do

• Have full ownership of the day-to-day People function and tools, which includes, but is not limited to, benefits administration, HRIS management, HR data integrity, and other core People administration items
• Coordinate and own performance management and annual reviews/360 feedback
• Support management and employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality to build healthy team morale and nurture a positive working environment
