Job Description

We are looking for a People Operations Administrator working East Coast US hours to assist in the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role is a 6 month contract, with a possibility to extend. This role will play a key part in our Global People Operations team, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and that employees receive support. In this entry-level role, you'll learn the ropes of People Operations while providing administrative support to our employees at Neo4j.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employees through their entire lifecycle, from onboarding through internal movement through offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records 
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, terminations, etc. 
  • Provide first level support on day-to-day HR policy and operational questions
  • Backup other People Operations team member tasks, as needed
  • Perform other HR related duties as needed
